Meet Coach Dre

Born and raised in Citrus County, Coach Dre is a graduate of Crystal River High School and a former collegiate football player at the University of Mount Union. It was during his playing career that he discovered a passion for strength and conditioning—and the impact it can have on an athlete’s performance and confidence. After years of training and studying the craft, he founded Dynamic Sports Performance to help local athletes develop their speed, strength, and mindset through focused, proven training methods.
